Stage 3 lots range in size from 700m² to 2,092m2. Stage 3 has two pocket parks and will also see the detailed design and delivery of the first portion of river corridor open space.
Stage 3 the concept landscaping design for the first portion of open space along the Yass River Corridor was commissioned and started in March 2024.
Stage 3 DA was lodged with Council in late 2023 and is moving through the approval process having recently completed public exhibition.
