Stage 1 Civil Construction kicked-off at Yarrah, Yass in early September 2021. Civil works are being undertaken by Woden Contractors, who will delivery the entire stage including 62 residential lots, 1 seniors living and 1 commercial site. The works involved in Stage 1 include:
- Roads
- Lot treatments
- Services (water, sewer, electricity, NBN, stormwater)
- Landscaping
- Sewer Pump Station
- Entrance onto Laidlaw St
- Erosion and environmental controls
