Monitoring of safety, environmental, erosion and quality controls;

100% of topsoil stripping completed;

99% of earthworks cut and fill completed;

99% of sewer trenching, pipe installation and construction of sewer manholes completed;

100% stormwater pipes layed and 50% stormwater pits installed;

Watermain works commenced;

Subsurface drains commenced;

Sewer pump station components completed;

Demolition of entry house completed, minor clearing works remaining.
