Civil works in Stage 2A are now 100% complete with final inspections being completed and Practical Completion expected to be achieved before the end of August 2024. Once Practical Completion is achieved, an application for Subdivision Certificate will be lodged with Council, followed by Registration with LRS and Settlement.

Title Registration is expected late October 2024.

Stage 2A Civil Construction commenced in March 2024 and is ongoing.

Stage 2A was awarded to Lentro Earthworks in January 2024.

Stage 2A Subdivision Certificate was approved in May 2023.

Stage 2A DA modification was approved in March 2023.
