Stage 2B has also seen a flurry of activity since the turn of the year. Stage 2B is DA approved with Construction Certificate Approval expected very soon. Civil construction is expected to start in Spring-Summer 2024.

Stage 2B includes lots 76 to 99 along Nelson street, and they range in size from 700m² to 1,351m².

Stage 2A Subdivision Certificate was lodged with Yass Valley Council in November 2023 and is ongoing.

Stage 2A DA modification was approved in March 2023.

Stage 2A DA was approved in September 2022.
