Stage 3 lots range in size from 700m² to 2,092m2. Stage 3 has two pocket parks and will also see the detailed design and delivery of the first portion of river corridor open space.
Stage 3 the concept landscaping design for the first portion of open space along the Yass River Corridor was commissioned and started in March 2024.
Stage 3 DA was approved in mid-2024 and an application for subdivision construction certificate will be lodged in March 2025. Civil construction is expected to start in Spring-Summer 2025.
