Stage 4 lots range in size from 700m² to 2,150m². Stage 4 completes the Yarrah Drive loop and opens up the second entrance at Orion Street. Stage 4 delivers the Orion St Park and the first portion of the Orion Creek walk that connects to the river corridor.
Stage 4 DA was approved in mid-2024 and an application for subdivision construction certificate will be lodged in 2025.
