Stage 2B. The earthworks program is behind us and services are now going into the ground. Practical completion is programmed for end of October.

Stage 3. Site works commenced in August and are moving quickly. Topsoil stripping is well advanced and bulk earthworks are under way across the stage.

The first half of the year has brought strong and visible progress across Yarrah. New homes are being completed throughout the established streets of Stages 1 and 2A, while earthworks commenced in Stage 2B in March. The Subdivision Works Certificate for Stage 3 has now been secured, and the corresponding application for Stage 4 has been lodged with Council. Together, these milestones reflect Yarrah’s continued transition from an emerging neighbourhood into a growing, connected community.

01 Stage 1 Homes under way

Each home its own.

What stands out in Stage 1 this spring is the variety: render, brick and weatherboard frontages sitting side by side, no two homes the same. The lots on the outer edge back straight onto open space, with the river corridor and the hills beyond them a short walk away.

02 Stage 2B In progress

Services in, roads next.

The graders have moved on and the trenching crews have taken their place. Sewer lines, cut and fill earthworks and subgrade preparation are now complete across the stage, and electrical and NBN conduits are in the ground. Stormwater installation is 95% complete, and topsoiling of the blocks and batters is progressing well. The road select layer and the water mains follow next, with practical completion programmed for 30 October.
