Stage 3 is subdivision cerificate approved, pre-construction planning is underway and works are starting early August 2026.
Stage 3 lots range in size from 700m² to 2,092m2. Stage 3 has two pocket parks and will also see the detailed design and delivery of the first portion of river corridor open space.
